Originally planned in the 1970’s the new town of Rolleston on the Canterbury Plains is now being realised. With an anticipated population of 13,000 people, our design from the outset was to create sheltered places, tree lined avenues and streets, diversity within reserves, and a general sense of identity. Today after 15 years of planning and development, a strong community has evolved and the place has taken on a mature look. GHLA's involvement is ongoing. We are currently involved in the design of new developments in the town, including Devon Park, Devon Green, Park Lane and Coles Field developments.
