Glasson Huxtable were challenged to develop a subdivision that sensitively integrated itself into the existing landscape and backdrop of the port hills. Our role included a landscape assessment before commencing the concept to landscape construction monitoring and administration phases of this project. We worked in partnership with the survey and civils team to locate plots so we could maximise views and retain as many of the large, mature trees that give this development such a unique and special characteristic.
